This month I had less blog activity, since I made a change in my usual schedule.
I started an amazing yoga teacher training course in Barcelona, that includes lots of different classes,
retreats, and workshops from the best yoga teachers representing all yoga styles, so almost
every weekend I’m there. On Instagram and Facebook I have been more active though.
This weekend for instance I have been to a yoga retreat at a peaceful place in the mountains,
where I will return for sure soon.
The retreat wasn’t only about yoga, but anatomy as well, which I found really useful to apply to
the daily yoga practice. This retreat has been short of pictures, but I managed to take a few even if we barely
had some free time.
