Yoga photography - Dharma Mittra's workshop in London

Few weeks ago I had the wonderful opportunity to practice at and photograph the world renowned
and much-loved Sri Dharma Mittra during his workshop in London.

I was very curios about him, his classes, yogic techniques and knowledge. For my surprise he was 

full of jokes, humor and joyfulness and made everything look easy.

Thanks to Indaba London who organised and allowed me to photograph part of this yoga event.

I'm so happy for this experience.

This Week’s Places to Be - Photo Diary - OBBIO FOOD

Hi,

This is a place that I'm really grateful for. I found out about it right when it  opened and then a friend actually took 

me there for lunch.

Now it has become the organic supermarket we buy our food from!

What's really great about it is that it has a restaurant, that serves delicious organic and fresh food, where you can 

choose from variety of things, majority vegan food, and sweets as well.

It's a pleasant place and it also has a small and cute terrace where you can enjoy your lunch.

The second greatest thing about it, is that it is really close to the yoga studio I usually go to, so I can enjoy a nice 

and healthy meal between classes :)

I just took some pictures of Yana, a yogui friend from Barcelona.

We went to a nice Botanic park near me and she did her practice on the hot yoga towel from 

YogaDesignLab. This towel is a great alternative in case you don’t feel like carrying a mat around all 

the time. On the other hand it’s great since it’s mat sized, non-slip, very absorbent so it comes in 

handy for an intense practice and it’s eco-friendly too.

Places To Be - Photo Diary - El magnifico Barcelona

Hi guys,

I want to present to you a really good coffee shop in Barcelona.

I don't remember if I have mentioned it before, but my boyfriend is a coffee maniac, so yesterday, 

after my yoga class, I went to buy him some coffee grains.

As I entered the place, where he told me to go to for coffee, I was amazed and almost became a 

coffee passionate myself.  It's a great place located on a lovely street in Born, the people there are 

professionals and really passionate about coffee.

Since there were a lots of kinds of coffee beans and products I almost grabbed something for me as 

well but in the end I remained faithful to my green tea, a really good one by the way,  and bought the 

freshly roasted coffee beans for my boyfriend.

I haven't had the camera with me but I took some pics as soon as I arrived home.

Meet Yana!

Hi,

Here are some photos that I took of a beautiful yogini, Yana. She's a russian yoga teacher
that I've met last year, at a yoga retreat in Almeria.

Now that we are both in Barcelona, we plan to do some beautiful projects involving yoga
and photography and much more :)

Barcelona Yoga Conference Photography

It has been quite an intense weekend at the Barcelona Yoga Conference. Now it’s time for me to prepare the photos I took;  it has been an excellent experience; many thanks to Wari Om Photograpy and all the staff behind BYC for giving me the opportunity to be there. New Outfit by Onzie Yoga Apparel

As I just received new yoga clothes from Onzie, I took the opportunity this weekend and went to my favourite 

place in Valencia, the beach, to do my yoga practice. I made sure to have my picture taken in order to have
this lovely days memory in photos as well. 

I am really excited about my new Onzie gear and I am really happy to have another great yoga outfit to wear.

Photo Illustration Of A Yogi In A Spring Mood

As spring is just around the corner I thought of joining yoga, photography and illustrations in a single project.

I took some photos of Katia earlier, at my little home studio, and with the help of a friend made this cute small photo illustration project in  spring mood.
