I just took some pictures of Yana, a yogui friend from Barcelona.

We went to a nice Botanic park near me and she did her practice on the hot yoga towel from 

YogaDesignLab. This towel is a great alternative in case you don’t feel like carrying a mat around all 

the time. On the other hand it’s great since it’s mat sized, non-slip, very absorbent so it comes in 

handy for an intense practice and it’s eco-friendly too.

This week’s places to be - Photo Diary - Barcelona Yoga Conference

For me the place to be this week is the Barcelona Yoga Conference !

I am happy to have the opportunity to take photos of the events and enjoy all the activities of this 

great yoga celebration. 

The yoga conference is being held at 'Escola del Sagrat Cor’, the location  has good vibes overall, 

and there are a lot of different simultaneous activities lead by remarkable yoga teachers to chose from.

There are also village stands to try something from the best yoga goodies you can imagine.

I am sharing with you the view of the sunrise at Cabo de Gata natural park near Almeria. I took theese photos before my morning Ashtanga Yoga practices, while I was on a Yoga Retreat there.

Summer YOGA Holiday

Yoga retreat and photography

My summer yoga holiday is getting closer and closer :D I just can´t wait to go to this yoga retreat,that will be held at a wonderful beach at the south of Spain. On this retreat I´ll be mixing up yoga and photography, the two passions of mine, yeeeeyyy!!!

Since the yoga retreat is organized by Living Yoga Valencia, the studio that I practice at, and Studio Latika from Almeria, I’ll have the chance to practice yoga of all sorts like: ashtanga vinyasa yoga, hatha yoga, acro yoga, SUP yoga and aereo yoga. 

To be more exact, the yoga retreat that I am about to go to will take place at the Natural Park called Cabo De Gata near Almeria, check this place out, it´s absolutely gourgeos. This place will be just perfect to take photos of devoted people practicing yoga.
