Every day you should do something for the first time. And in London you can do this easily. 

For me, today was the first time I went to Morning Gloryville.

I woke up at 4:40 in the morning in order to be at the Shard at 6 :D

Waking up at this hour for me is quite a big achievement, and it was worth the effort.

It was a very interesting experience, just as I arrived there, happy and colourfully dressed people  welcomed me warmly,
and helped others with any info or painted their face beautifully.

The music was great, Mark Knight prepared a nice set, everybody was dancing like crazy!

There were other activities like massage, face painting, yoga and acro yoga with @acroyogadance.
The reason of my  presence there, of course yoga photography :)
