Yoga frente al mar - Yoga y Fotografía

Meet Yana, a russian yoga teacher from Barcelona.

I took some pictures of her doing yoga on the beach for my Facebook Page called Yoga y Fotografía.

Enjoy!

Gorges du Verdon and Sainte-Croix Lake

During our trip to the south of France we visited Gorges du Verdon or Grand canyon of Verdon as you might say and Sainte-Croix Lake. The sight is wonderful and it is a great place to spend some relaxing days.

Having a great time at Bistrot A Tartines

Sunrise in Cabo de Gata

I am sharing with you the view of the sunrise at Cabo de Gata natural park near Almeria. I took theese photos before my morning Ashtanga Yoga practices, while I was on a Yoga Retreat there.

Meditation via Yoga y Fotografía

I enjoy to meditate quite often, and in order to be fully relaxed I wear comfy clothes like these pants from Olokuti or this top from Front Row Shop.

Hope you enjoy the pics,
