My powerful daily routine



Step 1: Lemon Water
I think you already know the benefits of drinking hot lemon water right after waking up. If you don't, just check on google, you'll be amazed.

Step 2: Yoga :D
My morning yoga practice gives me enough energy for a whole day.
Even if it's only a 30 minutes practice, I fully recommend it. It feels so good!

Step 3: Green Smoothie for breakfast 
Since the beginning of this year I drink a green smoothie every day and I think it's a great idea for breakfast.

The other day I've been asked to post an article about photography entitled "A photograph is a tiny evidence of someone’s happiness "


There are some universal truths about photography that are known by every single  Los Angeles advertising photographer or just every person that owns a camera. But there is also other stuff that can be really interesting for you. 
   In Mumbai, India a guy named Dilish Parekh owns the biggest collection of cameras in the whole world. Since 1977 he collects them and now he has 4425 antique cameras. This sounds crazy, but he is not the only person on the Earth to have such passion. A 17 year old boy may have the same love of photography, but he has no possibilities to express it like Dilish does. Anyways, the love for photography resides in the inner desire one has. The 17 year old aspiring photographer is the one that loves the sun, the sky, a girl’s smile and his mom’s hands. He loves it all and he captures it all. For some this hobby of taking pictures, became a real job. These people are so lucky to do what they want and even earn money. This is why we get to have so many great photographs of our weddings, birthdays and themed photo shoots. Because, there are passionate and talented people who love capturing the moments of life and they do it for your good and for their own too.
  The viral phenomenon of cute and crazy pictures with cats on the internet is not a new thing to the world. The English photographer Harry Pointer in the 1870’s started his career by taking pictures of cats. When he launched photographs with cats being really amusing and in ridiculous poses, he won success. There were even captions added to the photographs. The cats in his photographs seem to drink tea, share dinner or do some other fun pet stuff. All this was happening back in 1870 and still today we get to be surprised about every cat photo we see. And again, I would say that it is all about the love, the passion we feel. We take so much care about our cats, we simply adore them. Here is the reason why the epic kitty photographs are so epic. These pictures show us the pet we love and also something funny to laugh about.
  However, even if it is involving cat weird stances or some obsessed people collecting thousands of cameras, photography is first of all an art. It unites people with common passions all around the world and it makes us share our tiny evidence of happiness that is the photograph.

Healthy Drinks



Hi there :)
With this post I start a series of healthy tips regarding food and activities.
Since last year I spent a lot of my time and energy towards this direction, to a radical change. 
I’ll start sharing the experiences that really worked for me, so these will be the ones that I can truly recommend.


Smoothies, delicious and nutritious drinks.
Since the beginning of this year, I made a habit out of replacing breakfast with a big glass of smoothie. And I love it because I have more energy and vitality than ever.
I started off with recipes that I just made up myself, using: spinach, lemon, fruits: strawberries/oranges, ginger, turmeric, mint, basil, cinnamon, vanilla extract.

Then, in my search of healthy food I found Lulora's page which had (and still has) a 30 Day Green Smoothie Challenge
Of course I started next day and now I’m at the end of the third week. 
I fully recommend you this challenge  since they send you great smoothie recipes together with helpful tips.
I also tried a lot of their recipes and I must say that they are super tasty!!!
Oh, and I forgot to say that all of this for free.

With the help of this program I experienced new combinations and new super foods like hemp seeds, spirulina, wheat grass powder, maca, etc

Now I will let you enjoy my favorite smoothies from Lulora’s program

my morning routine

Hi ,
I decided to share with you more about me ... things I do ... things I like..
So here you have a few pictures of me in the morning; Just want to mention that mornings (late mornings) are a special part of my day; I wake up slowly, I drink my tea, do my daily yoga practice and meditation; When its time to breakfast, I invent all kinds of smoothies. Having done that, it´s time to check my mail and start my work.
So the weekdays are as mentioned...really relaxing...that would be one of the advantages of being a freelance photographer and working at the weekends. I am happy about it and I am willing to enjoy it fully as long as I will be in this state of my carer.
In the pictures I wear a white t-shirt from H&M Isabel Marant and  some really good quality leggings from Babalu, they bring some color in to my life and to my outfits :)
