This Week’s Places To Be - Photo Diary - Markets

Hi there,
I've been quite busy lately and I'm really glad about it, because I was busy with things I love, thanks God :D
Here I am sharing some goodies with you, that I've discovered at the "demanoenmano" market.
In Barcelona, as I said, there are a lot of markets, I believe there is one every week somewhere ...but until now, this one I liked most! Because it had not only vintage clothes, but cool hand made and nicely designed stuff, like this jewelry.
What I liked the most was, that everything was local and they had really affordable prices!

yoga everywhere

I just took some pictures of Yana, a yogui friend from Barcelona.
We went to a nice Botanic park near me and she did her practice on the hot yoga towel from
YogaDesignLab. This towel is a great alternative in case you don’t feel like carrying a mat around all
the time. On the other hand it’s great since it’s mat sized, non-slip, very absorbent so it comes in
handy for an intense practice and it’s eco-friendly too.

This Week’s Places To Be - Photo Diary - La Cometa

On my way back from yoga class I discovered this cute cafeteria called La Cometa. It’s really close to  the place where I live, in the l’Eixample neighbourhood. A few days later we went there, and when I sat down and saw the menu, I realised the place is very similar to a favourite place of mine, that I didn’t have the chance to take photos of yet, called Cosmo. I really recommend these two places, the design, the food and drinks, the atmosphere are just great. They have great homemade cakes and all kinds of sandwiches with vegetarian options. It even has a small terrace on the sidewalk. It’s a really good place to have a brunch on a lazy Sunday.

Descubriendo Catalunya - Photo Diary - Cap de Creus

It’s been a long time since my last post, I know, but I hope to make it up to you.
Last weekend we’ve been to Cap de Creus, a natural park here in Cataluna, a wonderful place to see
nature at its best.
We spent the afternoon at a terrace near the well know lighthouse,  tried some of the goodies they
had, and we were surprised that the place was really affordable. No need to mention that the view
was just amazing, we’ve experienced a beautiful  sunset and the rise of the full moon from the sea.
