Step 1: Lemon Water
I think you already know the benefits of drinking hot lemon water right after waking up. If you don't, just check on google, you'll be amazed.
Step 2: Yoga :D
My morning yoga practice gives me enough energy for a whole day.
Even if it's only a 30 minutes practice, I fully recommend it. It feels so good!
Step 3: Green Smoothie for breakfast
Since the beginning of this year I drink a green smoothie every day and I think it's a great idea for breakfast.
